Ambrosia Maple Thin Cutting Board
From family-run Westwind Orchard in New York’s Hudson River Valley come not only apples and eggs but also handcrafted cutting boards. Fabio Chizzola favors wood with a live edge and shapes the slabs by following the natural grain. Each board is conditioned with food-grade mineral oil and then gets a final protective gloss that includes beeswax, fresh from the farm’s hives. A loop of handcut leather makes for easy hanging.
